Citron Pork Bulgogi
1. Lightly coat a pan with oil, then stir-fry the onion and scallion to make onion oil.
2. Stir-fry the citron pork.
Spicy Chicken Stir-fry
1. Add oil to a pan and stir-fry the prepared chicken over high heat for about 5 minutes. Then, add about half of the sauce and continue stir-frying over medium heat for another 5 minutes.
2. Add the sweet potatoes to the half-cooked chicken and stir-fry for 5 more minutes.
3. Add the rest of the vegetables to the partially cooked sweet potatoes and chicken, then pour in the remaining sauce and stir-fry one more time.
