Fresh ginger from Peru, processed, dried and ground here in our facility in the U.S.A. – by hand and in small batches. We work directly with farmer of our ginger root, and dry, pack, and ship our spices within the same harvest season, ensuring purity and freshness without the use of additives or irradiation.
